Organisations using Ashia® wellness software from Frog Systems can now gain even greater insight into the mental health and wellbeing issues affecting their people using the data generated by users of their platform.
A new reporting function allows the creation of custom reports covering all aspects of user activity. It builds on the existing real-time view of data already available within the software, which displays aggregated behaviour by users.
With this advanced reporting function, clients can schedule regular reports or generate bespoke ad hoc reports to share vital insight about user behaviour with their wellbeing and executive teams.
Paul Jeffrey, Chief Operating Officer at Frog Systems, said: “This advanced user insight provides our clients with even more detailed reporting than before, helping their management teams to shape the provision of future resources and spot any gaps in existing support for the people they have a responsibility for.”
The reports are easy to set up and can be downloaded as a PDF or exported in Excel or JSON formats for integration with existing Business Information tools. They can also be stored within the Ashia® platform for future reference.
Reports can be generated to compare user activity across different periods, to show what information users are searching for, which are the most viewed videos and what support organisations users have contacted directly through a platform.
“Our developers are continuing to work on new functionality that helps our clients improve the wellbeing support that they offer through our software,” Paul Jeffrey added. “This new update offers clients the capability to add detailed graphical illustrations of what’s happening on their wellness platforms into their executive reports.”
Ashia® is a cloud-based software platform that combines video-led mental health and wellbeing content with signposting and resources to help any organisation to connect, support and communicate with its individuals or community, regardless of location. Only aggregated data is collected. Users’ private data is protected according to data protection regulations with individual searches on the platform remaining confidential.
The software was developed by the technology team at Frog Systems to provide one place where companies and communities can bring all their wellbeing support together in one place.
