Frog Systems has been awarded the We Invest in Wellbeing Gold accreditation by Investors in People – the first mental health and wellbeing company to achieve the internationally recognised standard.
The prestigious accreditation is awarded to organisations that put the mental and physical health of their staff at the forefront of their internal policies. The Gold award acknowledges that Frog Systems has a good wellbeing strategy in place that is supported by everyone and has created a social working environment where staff enjoy a flexible approach that allows them to achieve balance between their work and personal lives.
Frog Systems becomes only the sixth organisation in the UK to achieve the WIIW Gold standard.

The assessments for Investors in People accreditations for businesses based in Scotland are carried out by independent consultancy Remarkable. Their report described Frog Systems as “an organisation working at the forefront of wellbeing provision” and said staff were “proud of the contribution they make”. Other highlights included:
- Staff are supported and have positive working relationships
- People enjoy their jobs and have fun
- Staff enjoy a flexible approach to work
Frog Systems staff have taken part in regular online wellness sessions and a wellbeing user group has been established to enhance employee support. Every member of staff has access to the mental health and wellbeing content and programmes the company provides through its Ashia solution to clients. All employees are also included within the Company’s approved share option and profit share schemes.
